Chillers
Chillers
Chillers are refrigeration components that have an air compressor as the main component of the air conditioning. The chiller is the most expensive component of the HVAC system. Chillers generate cooling through steam pressure. The kind of chiller is connected to the type of air compressor which is used. Vapor pressure chillers are popular for beverages and water cooling. There are many other types of compressors that run many other chillers. Examples of other chillers include centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
Air Handling Unit
Air Handling Unit
An Air Handling Unit often shortened to AHU, is a device used to condition and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) program. Usually, an air handler is a huge steel box containing a blower, heating and/or cooling elements filter racks or chambers, sound attenuators, and dampers. Air handlers usually get connected to duct work that distributes the conditioned air through the building, and returns it to the AHU. Sometimes AHUs release (supply) and confess (return) air directly to and from the area provided, without tubes.
Package Units
Package Units
Package Units are unique and all-in-one systems that supply both heating and cooling equipment in one "package." These units fit on the ground or rooftop outside of your premises. Packet units are also known as wall split ac's or ductless techniques. These units are frequently used in resorts which have two individual units (terminal packages), one is the evaporative unit which is on the internal side and the condensing device on the external side, with tube moving through the walls and linking them. This reduces the internal system impact and allows each room to be modified individually.
Package Units come in three forms: First one is that unit which offer air conditioning using electric technology. The other one cool your house and can warm it as well, using electrical strip warm and the third is the gas-electric unit which provides all-in-one air conditioning and natural gas-powered furnace performance.
VRV or VRF
VRV or VRF
VRF usually called as Variable Refrigerant Flow and VRV called as Variable Refrigerant Volume are impressive heating and cooling technologies that allow the changes in temperature in different areas of a building at different times of day. The customer sets the normal temperature that is required and the system will sustain the room in the same temperature regardless of what happens outside or in the next space.
Hi-wall and Ductables
Hi-wall
Hi-wall and Ductables are usually installed on surfaces near the roof, these products fit easily into any decors. Comfort levels can be easily and precisely managed using the infra-red remote system. The ductless high wall systems, often called ductless high walls or mini splits, are also quiet and efficient alternatives to the window air conditioning.
Hi-wall and Ductables
Ductables
Ductable Split System Air conditioner is designed for problem areas. The sleek indoor cooling unit is installed within the room to be air conditioned and the condensing unit is located outside. Ideally suited for Offices, Conference rooms, Hotels, Restaurants, Basements etc. or wherever a conventional air conditioner cannot be fitted or perform efficiently and economically.
Window and through-wall
Window and through-wall
Room air conditioners are manufactured in two forms: unitary and packed terminal PTAC techniques. Unitary systems, which are common one room air conditioners, fit in a screen or wall opening, with internal controls. Interior air is chilled as a fan strikes it over the evaporator. In the exteriors the air is warmed as a second fan strikes it over the condenser. In this process, heat is attracted from the room and is pulled out to the surroundings. A large building may have several such models, allowing each room to be chilled independently.
Portable units
Portable Units
Portable units are the one that can be easily transferred anywhere. They are currently available with capabilities of about 5,000–60,000 BTU/h (1,800–18,000 W output) and with and without electric-resistance heating units. Portable units are either evaporative or refrigerate. These units are of two types, split and hose.
Window Air Conditioner
Window Air Conditioner
Window ac is the most widely used ac for individual rooms. In this ac all the elements, namely the air compressor, condenser, expansion valve or coil, evaporator and cooling coils are surrounded in one box. This unit is fixed in a slot made in the wall of the room, or more generally a screen ledge.
Cassette AC
Cassette AC
Cassette AC is one such which is designed to set up on the roof. The name indicates the form of ac is cassette. It combines with the decors which improves its visual value. It is perfect to chill large area and needs no ducting. These ACs are equipped with first of its BLDC type that offer you great quality, low disturbance operation
